FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS.

Does it matter if my cover is bigger/smaller than the set?

Never take a cover smaller (length x width) than your set is, this of course does not fit. We advise you to keep 5cm of slack, both in width and length. The height may be a few cm shorter, so the cover can be ventilated from below.

Do I have a warranty on the cover?

Yes, of course! You have 2 years warranty on your cover.

How long can I do with the cover?

This of course strongly depends on the use. The covers will last about 3-5 years.

Are the covers environmentally friendly?

Our covers are produced from a luxurious and durable PP textile. The material is fully recyclable.

What protection do the covers offer?

The covers offer protection against:

  • moisture
  • Freeze
  • UV
  • Bird droppings
  • Dirty

So your garden set is optimally protected!

The materials of the protective covers are tested by TÜV Rheinland for influences of UV, water permeability, temperature influences and wear and tear in order to guarantee quality.

Yeah, that’s possible. However, please contact us when you return a product.

I was late with my protective cover. The pillow’s wet. Now what?

Did your cushions get wet from a rainstorm? Don’t worry, it’s best to take the cover off the filling and let it dry in a dry place. This will give the filling a chance to air out (and less chance of suffocation in the wet cover). When the cushion is dry again, you can of course just use the protective cover.
